our snowy night

Yea – it snowed!!

We had lots of fun playing with the kids last night.  They loved the snow!!

We don’t have any hills to sled down in our neighborhood, so instead, we race along the sidewalks.  Here’s Ava in the sled Grandma Paula & Papa Randy gave her…

Garrett had a blast throwing snowballs.  He was sneaky – he always managed to get us when we least expected it…

Ava thought of a clever way to help shovel.  She hopped on the sled & held the shovel steady while I pulled.  It worked pretty well!…

The kids all tried to catch snowflakes with their tongue – they learned that one from “Charlie Brown”…

After the kids went to bed, Adam & I spent a quiet evening together cuddled under a blanket.

Aww….I wish I had someone to play in the snow with me! Maybe I’ll make my parents take me sledding….HA!

Also, what time do you usually get to church on Sunday Mornings?

    Kelly,

What a nice night – I wish Paula, Laurie and I would have had that fun too. We were stuck on 90 in the middle of bumper to bumper traffic and laughing because Laurie and Jonathan had no road side assistance on their auto insurance policy (long story). I can say that we had a lot of laughs that night – but no Celine :(

It was nice to see you guys and the kids on Sunday – hope you have a great Christmas.

    Love,
    Missy

Angela – I did see you guys finally made it to autumn. If I was clever, I’d think of a way to send you some snow!

Amy, I get to church at 7:30. Will you be around this Sunday?? I hope you had a great birthday yesterday!

Missy – NO CELINE?!?!?! Oh no!! I’ll give you a call…I want to hear the long story. :(

Aunt Carol – anytime you want to stop by, I’m sure the kids would love to play with you. We still have a snowman to build!
