As I scrolled down the page to find a post I wanted to comment on, the moment I reached the words tofu bacon I knew where to click! I have no problem with tofu in say misu (sp.?) soup, but Tofu bacon. Bacon is an insititution in an English fried brekafast and so you are stepping on dangerous ground in messing with it! It was great fun to be able to get to know you and Chris much better at the StrenghsFinder conference here at Green Lake this past few days.
